Explain how self-leadership theory relates to veteran teachers (a veteran teacher is one who has 5 or more years of service in teaching) and tenured employees? Scholarly resources are required to answer this question.

A veteran teacher is the qualified teacher who works for the students whole-heartedly. He is dedicated to the students' welfare and bears extensive experience that help him to be an effective leader.

• He leads the students in such ways that the students favor him greatly. He feels the students and can easily assess the students.
• He can successfully implement the role of leadership. He guides the students to the proper direction.
• He is good counselor and friend, philosopher and guide to the students. He loves and rule. This method makes him an effective leader. He does not make any discrimination and partiality in the students. All the students are loving to him or her.
• He succeeds in making group activities in the students. The students are also encouraged with his efficient leadership.
• He is organized and must maintain strict discipline along with love and care to the children.
