SUBJECT: Persuading the CEO to start a tuition/book reimbursement program.

Mam i am writing to inform you that i am an employee in your bank . Actually along with job i am also persuing my college education but due to certain financial problems i am unable to bear with the expenses and fees of my college and i also know that a degree is really important to get a good job so i have decided to carry forward my education on a part time basis.

I have heard that many companies offer reimbursement for fees and books when employees complete approved courses with a grade of C or higher so i would like you to think upon the situation and start tution reimbursement program for deserving candidates so that they can earn and along with that complete their education , certain eligibility criterias must be set in order to provide the offer to the particular person. I feel it would help alot of people including me , i am really a very hardworking person and and my education will surely benefit the entire company if i am being offered the reimbursement. The entire process , eligibility criteria is in your hand mam but i would like you to atleast give us a chance to prove ourself as a single decision of yours would be beneficial for the employee as well as the employer.
