Communication skills is the most important skill one needs in this highly competitive world right from the students life to securing a dream job. A political leader can only persuade people through his communication skill. A parent can convince a child through their excellent communication.

So, in my opinion when a proper communication carries Eye contact which would happen when the person is confident. A person will achieve this confidence when the person is good at what they are going to talk and in what language they are going to deliver it because there are people who learn English as their second language but for people who are native English speakers still need to know proper discourse markers and formal use of the language.

When the person is confident they would exhibit proper body language by using appropriate gestures and postures. One of the most important thing about communication is about listening empathetically, uttering affirmative words, encouraging questions and clarifying them patiently are also few important characteristics of good communication skill. Last but not the least and the best part is to overcome fear of audience or people as it would hold one from communicating effectively.
