Special education eligibility assessment practices definitely had a positive affect for individuals with disabilities and other stakeholders. The idea behind this is to promote effective relationships among people with disabilities and their families or having even some minute or negligible problems. Such process has bought a positive change among not our society but the whole world is changing their perception about the meaning of special education and not just merely thinking of it as a disease or illness to worry about the whole life. The remarkable case studies of people who have been part of the process are not just an inspiration but an evidence that yes this process has won many hearts. Even the state rules and files have listed the importance and availability of special education officers in each city provided by good quality services to ensure optimistic behavior regarding one's development or their fellows or kids for their bright future and come up to secure their life and growing out of the dilemma.
