Answer:-
1) Trade dress is a form of intellectual property (IP) which refers to the look and feel of a product and it includes characteristics of the product like size, shape and color and packaging etc. In some cases the consumer can identify the source of product by its unique style of packaging and look with out any logo on it. Trade dress infringement happens when one company copies the original company's trade dress which creates confusion in identifying the original product.
2) USDA is the acronym used for United States Department of Agriculture. The USDA is a federal body which oversees the farming and food industry of United states and is responsible for looking into farmers well-being by supporting them in promoting agriculture trade & subsidies and inspecting the food to promote safety of the consumers. It regulates the food safety for poultry, meet and eggs whereas the other food categories are regulated by Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
