E-health is nothing but electronic health according to world health organisation. it is a unique use of sophisticated technologies and tools to deliver remarkable health care to patients.

Nowadays there are numerous countries especially in western world, E-health initiatives are already taken place and running successfully.

However in Saudi Arabia the ministry of health is also set a vision 2030 goal in order to make available the E-health services to the people of the country. It is due to the increasing demand in health care system and enforce the medical support for every individual.

The vision 2030 is mainly focused on efficient and safe practices of health system and standard oriented by the support of E-health.

The main forecasted challenges are
