Samsung is the top selling smartphone brand worldwide.it is a south korea based company producing electronic products like T.V. washing machine,refrigerator,mobiles etc.it is one of the reputed company all over the world.but if we only consider mobile then samsung is the most selling brand around the world for the past 3years.rather than that samsung also made component of mobiles and othe electronic products.and with selling them to other company they also earn huge amount of profit.samsung made camera sensors,mobile processors,amoled displays etc.and over the period of time samsung improve it's components to grab the market share.in the other sectors rather than mobiles samsung is also very well known company but in those sectors samsung is not no.1.

B)samsung mainly focused on the smartphone industries as smartphones are the part of our life and it is growing very fast.and to hold the no1. position worldwide samsung has to think different from rivals.for that samsung invest huge money in research amd development to improve and innovate new things.and in the past three years smartphone industry changes huge.as now the competition is bigger as many chinese brand providing good specs at lower prices compare to samsung.so they are losing their market share.as we can see the market share of samsung falls from 2018 to 2020 and huawei became no2. in smartphone industry just overtook apple.so the no.1 position is in threat in recent times.so samsung improves their after sell services which many company ignores.they are providing timely update on smartphones and the operating system is also smooth improved.and there are some problems in samsung phones but after knowing customer review samsung change things.and also samsung doing job on graffinnee bataries which can change the smartphone and laptop industries.and overtime samsung changed his strategy a little bit.it gives more focus on making components and selling it to other brands.the amoled displays is only manufactured by samsung and now under display fingerprint is trending.so from selling this amoled displays samsung earn huge profits.and also samsung works in under display cameras.in near future if samsung successfully made it then it took great avdantages over other brands.and samsung also made world's first foldable smartphones.tablets were a substitues of mobiles in recent past.but nowdays the smartphone size increases to nearly 7" so tablets are not relevent nowdays

C)samsung is a successful company due to their quality products and after sell services.also samsung doing great jobs in research and developments.but nowdays samsung mainly more focused on smartphone components.as they are makinh 108 megapixel camera sersor and with this make a huge profit.as smartphone industries are becoming more competitive so they are shifting interest to manufacturer components as there are no so many reputed big names and from this they are making huge profits which is greater than selling smartphones.
