“The meaning of national interest is survival—the protection of physical, political and cultural identity against encroachments by other nation-states”—Morgenthau.

Each and every nation has its own national interest, which governed it's important policies. Every nation of the world is engaged in governing and fulfilling it's national interest. One countries national interest creates problem for the other countries like US decision to create more and more destructive weapons is it's national interest but it creates problems to other countries of world. Likewise India has the national interest to make the people of Kashmir mentally, economically and culturally disturbed but there national interest cause greatest harm to people of kashmir.
