Expert Solution

No, simplicity is not the exact key aspect of the competitive advantage. To avoid the competitive advantage it requires bringing the transparency and professionalism in the organizational process of dealings. The strategy and decision-making process are required to be correctly formulated by doing a complete research work in the market. The decisions are required to be correctly undertaken by knowing the present scenario of the market and also the customers’ demands are also required to be considered. With the simplicity, the organization dealings cannot be done, it requires to correctly formulating of the strategies to make the correct approach in the organizational dealings.

For adding value to the customers it requires knowing the customers first. The customer’s behavior is required to be known so that the suggestions are obtained from the customer’s point of view. From the feedbacks, the implementations are made in the process that values the customers to obtain the change in the system. The marketing or promotional activities are also required to be fixed in the organization's process to maintain the contact with the customers by influencing them about the different available products in the market.

One of the experiences that have been faced with technology services while visiting and then buying from the online portal.
The portal when visited and further the item has been chosen and ordered. The details in the description are absolutely mentioned with full transparency that it indicates the genuine approach of the organization while selling the product. It was completely worth and has received a full range support after buying the product.

But, it was unfortunate when the same item has been searched for on the other online store, the transparency has been hidden, no usual support has been assured by the organization. A customer requires the transparency to buy the product from the shop or online store. The simplicity is not worth at all respect; the transparency reveals the genuine approach which the first portal has been visited for shopping and it was quite worth, it will also grab the market for a long run and the customer's queue will always be maintained.
