The incident happened in Starbucks, Philadelphia about arresting two black man by police for doing nothing wrong is one of the sad story of corporate miscommunication on racial bias in USA. The two blackmen were waiting for their business associate to come and to have a business meeting but the worker of starbucks called police and reported tresspassing by the two men and using restroom with out ordering anything. This mindset or perception that these two people are nonpaying customer triggered in the mind of the employee of Starbucks due to inherent bias towards the black in US. Just by judging their color the employee thinks that being non-white they are tresspasser. Had there been white people, did she called the cops to thrown them out from the store? After this incident CEO of starbucks published a lengthy apology letter to the customers and these two victims and promised that Starbucks will train its 9000 odd staff about the communication so that such thing never happened in the future.
