Knowledge about the concepts of sensation and perception is very important in the workplace. This is because our sensation and perception make us understand and feel about the external world. it gives us guidance in our cognition and knowledge. It shapes our next steps. At the workplace, we communicate, give a presentation, do work on computers. All this requires our sensation to work at the best. Apart from our senses we also need to understand the content and whats has been happening around, so perception is also very important. If habituation is not there then we will be distracted all the time. habituation helps in concentration. Sensation and perception is the basic elements of the human mind and body.
