· Nearly every student in the course was able to think of a time when they had personally been impacted by or had observed incivility in the workplace. In what ways does this impact your view of the nursing profession? If those outside of healthcare were aware, how might it impact their view?

ANSWER:

Nursing is a profession which has its own ethics, rules and regulation, and can perform its own research. Nurses Ranked 'Most Trusted Profession' in 2018.

If we experienced some incivility in the workplace, it might not have much negative impact on the profession until the nurses are within the professional ethics and policies. Yes sometimes it happens with nurses because of work overload or stress they saw some rude behaviour or become impolite.
