Describe the distinguishing features between peasant agriculture and commercial agriculture
Answer--The distinguish features between peasant agriculture and commercial agriculture are--
1.Peasant agriculture is a non-mechanised form of agrculture which means there is no use of machines and tools for agriculture process all the work is done by the peasants by own whereas in case of commercial agriculture there is almost use of mechanised which means use of machines and tools for the farming process.
2.In the peasant agriculture, there is small scale of production of the crops where as in case of commercial agriculture which is technically based on the commercilization of crops thats why there is large scale of production in the commercial agriculture.
3.In the peasant agricultue farmers grows crops for themselves consumption whereas in commercial agriculture crops are grown for the sale purpose only.
4.In peasant agriculture usually males more participate then females but in case of commercial agriculture anyone can work and for the work they provide wages on daily basis.
5.The peasant agriculture is considerd as great tradition of farming where as in case of commercial agriculture it is assumed that this type of farming started in around 18 th century.
