There are just too many vehicles in Malaysian cities. Are cities being designed to accommodate vehicles and not people?

Engineer and society these two terms are interrelated to each other. Where the society is build by engineers and engineering stream is developed by the requirements of society. When ever the problems become more complicated then the solutions will be developed by the engineers with their techniques. So here apart from society and engineers another important thing is technology. This is very complicative cenario when we discuss about the technology. Why because it simplifies the complicated problems as well as works and meanwhile create some new problems agian to give new solutions by developing the technology again and again so it's a continuous process of creating a problem and giving a solution which leads to another problem. Likewise the present scenario of the Malaysian Cities also is there. For the purpose of travelling from one place to another place and to reduce the travel time the technology is find out the transportation methods one of such method is road transport. Wansapanataym the road transport mainly used for the public transport systems by increasing the day by day technology this public transport system is converted into private transport system which now we are called using of motorcycles and cars.

Lat us take the example of Kuala Lumpur city which is the capital city of Malaysia. This is one of the high density populated city with high density traffic in the peak hours. Few years back the scenario is different why because the mode of public transport is very much appreciated but now because of the individual economical growth and high end life style leads to have a individual vehicles for each every person in the city. which leads to major traffic problems .

If I ask a question to us itself whether the Malaysian cities are accommodating vehicles are not peoples then obviously we have to say that yes of course for the vehicles but which are required for the people. whenever the mindset of the person changes and his economical growth also changes then obviously it leads to some drastic change so this kind of small changes are becoming a large drastic change which now we are feeling that it is a big problem of traffic in the Malaysian cities. There are so many ways to control this traffic but the origin of generation of this problem is simply the way of lifestyle because it is changing day by day on the new problems are creating day by day. if you again ask a question that to control these problems we are not suppose to update ourselves anymore and we are not changing our lifestyle for this updating generation seems it is also not correct because in this kind of technological world if we have millions of problems then we'll have billions of solutions for the the same problems.

Some major socio-economic changes will give a better solution for this kind of problems for this the engineer support is must and should because these technical problem is again solved with some other new technologies where onceuponatime the public transport means usage of a single vehicle for multiple people which create a problem of delay in the travelling and uncomfortable travelling and and safety these are some factors where the public transport system is failed. Overcoming these problems on the implementing some other new methods to overcome this problems again the public transport system will run as much better than the individual transport system. As everyone knows that public transport system is most economical than the invisible transport where the features in individual transport system is is more compared to public transport if we are able to reach the providing same features in the public transport system then automatically so many people made divert from individual transport to public transport and to reduce the pollution if we collect more taxes on individual vehicles then also automatically uses of individual vehicles will reduces at the same time we have to facilitate good public transport systems. Nowadays we are listening that BRTS and metro which are very good and fast developing transport to technologies in worldwide which are giving comfortable, safe and healthy transport.

we may get another doubt that the mode of public transport is not available to everywhere in the all over the city but we can say that the major traffic problem is occurred on the major roads of the cities there is no that much problem in the miners roads so we can able to provide public transport on major roads and on minor roads the individual vehicles are acceptable. this contest major road means the important words which creating high density traffic and the minor road means small internal roads with in the neighbourhood.
