Two personal traits of persons aged beyond 65 are
1. They play a pivotal aspect in estimating and performing acuity regarding a problem or an unexpected issue which confront for time being.
2. Sensing the right decision by catching the accurate pulse is also an added benefit for experienced elderly old people.
As the people have struggled from the failures, they enlighten the upcoming generations by halting them from choosing the wrong path, which led them to odd situations and undesired results.
Moreover, as the aged ones were set free with less work. Though they reduce the physical strength, their mental ability pursued will perform due to adequate tranquilness. This will relentlessly guide the people or organisation or institution.
Thus, experienced gained through ageing will broaden the available resources and approaches for any problem. Their by providing the best alternative with deterministic approach.
For instance, as a student I struggled to choose the right path to brighten my future. My professor, adding up his experience, has studied my interest and willingness, has paved a tremendous future through his innovative way, which made me to choose the right career option.
Further , during my internship programme, an natural hazard had occured during the project construction. It seems like it has obstructed the work on site through its flow. But, our site manager has paved his thoughts and given an alternative to the contractors and construction engineer to continue the work with the help of hauling machine added with blend of bentonite, which act as temporary impermeable membrane. This situation expressed the experience which led for better solution without performing expected process might carryout.
Both of the aspects, seniority and aged experience has helped my institution along with me in performing an efficient outcome from available resources.
