  • Determining a distinctive value proposition: This will establish the focus of the CRM strategy, the type of consumers that the school wants to aim at. Customers who have potential to get profit for the school must be prioritized at.
  • Communication must be tailored to the value proposition: The brand communication must have an emotional context so that it can tap the emotional note with the consumers
  • Usage of trade-offs to enhance customer service strategy: The CRM strategy value proposition can be enhanced if there are trade-offs between the buyer and seller. This step also leads to the alignment of the employees of the school towards the CRM strategy. Thus, this step is very critical.
