1) Consumer's behaviour refers to the purchasing decision of the consumer and what motivates them to make the decision.It is very important to know consumer behaviour by marketers as they will understand the expectation of the consumer, They can understand the kind of products liked by consumers so that the products can be released in the market. Marketing helps organization to reach their customers as customers are very important in marketing.When consumers get the satisfaction with the product of a company , it makes their choice of selection simple.When the customers have their way in the selection of products and they are satisfied, they will return to the company again and again. The positive customer relationship with the company , gives the company a competiitive edge over other companies.They become an active part of the marketing process as they share their opinions publicly on the product.

2)In considering consumer behaviour the most important thing is that the organization should make decisions of generating products and marketing plans not on the basis of their own ideas only but on the basis of what customers want.
