Reflect on the pitfalls that prevent leasing deals from happening?
Business deals have been very much important these days and in order to make the deals successful, organizations need to consider various aspects in the deal or agreement which makes a deal successful. There are also various pitfalls or dangers that may actually prevent a deal from happenning, they are:
1. Declining condition of one of the organization.
2. Standard of performance of an organization is below the industry standard.
3. Brand value of an organization is declining based on the current industry standard.
4. Negotiating techniques of amany if the organization may have a negative impact.
I believe that while negotiating a deal organizations need to be very much careful so that they do not lose any ground while making the deal, it should also be considered that the deal is made to have nutual benefit, hence the negotiation approach used should be cooperative so that both the organizations feel that the are in a win win situation rather than being at loss.
