1. Quality control talks about identification of defect. The identification of defect can happen after material is produced, which can be cause of concern. For acquision of food for Amazon a major quality control element could be to find the defects in packaging, defect in quantity of ingrediants used in manufacturing.

2 . In food domain the US FDA audit plays a major role. So to maintain standard operating procedure in opeartion of procedure is important. Quality control plays a major role to identify the gap if processes are not followed as per standard procedure.

3. There are some potential risks involved in food devision like maintaining the product in good condition due to it's perishable nature, shelf life of product should be monitored, ingrediants in product should be carefully observed, expiry date products should be removed.
