Answer. A leadership trait I feel is necessary to develop a cohesive and effective unit is a leader must be selfless when he is thinking of deciding for the team and he also knows that he is a leader, not an individual whenever do teamwork because after all result will affect all not only the leader. A leader needs to effective and charismatic personality to understand the need of its team and do effort accordingly and he also needs to be very much aware with the weakness and strength of his there team member so that he can utilize them accordingly, he should have the quality of patience and active decision-maker so that able to decide for team quickly. A leader should have a quality of understanding because with that only he will able to understand the issues of members apart from the team and that will bring attachment and cohesiveness in the team.
