Having a high availability would not come at a specific steep cost, with regards to scalable cloud-based services.

2) There is a risk of having bad security in that of the DNS as there is a data cache on specific services that could be vulnerable to some of the poisoning attacks and the hacker might exploit the poor configuration for the DNS servers for injecting the address information which would be fraudulent and the user browser would also not know the site would not be legitimate.

3) When one uses the IPAM software then the administrator would ensure that the repository for a specific IP address might be up-to-date and also might help in simplifying along with automating the task administration of several processes with respect to IP space management. This also writing up the DNS records or configuring those settings.
