It has been predicted that post covid-19 macroeconomic indicators may be discouraging, which may lead to worsening economic conditions. Ghana therefore, should prepare for the task ahead.

Required:

a) Identify the possible tasks ahead of government as implied in this case and discuss their impact on Ghanaians.   

(b) propose practical measures necessary to mitigate such challenges

Task ahead: provide personally protection kit medical equipment , face mask, sanitizer ,ventilator arrangements etc in advance to prevent Woresneing the condition. Early lock down measure or social distancing provision and strict implement of them.

At policy and program level preparations in advance for quarantine center arrangements, testing kit arrangements, bad arrangements as well as how to Unlockdown some filed of economy as to avoid food crisis or essential commodity requirements etc.

Practical measure :1) keep social distancing everywhere and lock down the most sector of economy which are lest required

2) providing monetary support for migrant workers as well as other needy person to far away his problem related to daily needs.

3) collaboration with ngo , volunteers etc To provide food for poor and shelter and quarantine center arrangements.

4) provide volunteers donation to government to fight with covid 19 in different dimensions.

5) make people aware of social distancing and stay safe at home and not go outside without any necessary work.

6) work from home culture for employees .
