What type of organization would benefit the most from market pricing? from team-based pay?

The level of competition is very much intense in today's world of doing business and in order to survive and sustain in this context, organizations need to be very much flexible in their approach based on which they can implement the market pricing startegies whichever is applicable and in order to do that the organization needs to have a good amount of market share and brand value so that even if they are reducing their price, it would not send a negative message to the consumers as well. Flexibility is the key in order to reduce competition or have a competitive advantage over the other competitors in the industry.

I believe that generally large organizations who possess dedicated team for activities and processes will benefit from team based oay because they will be compensated based on the performance of the team and their goals or objectives that the team has achieved as well. Individual performance is not given much of a priority instead the performance of the team and the role and responsibilities that the individual had in the team is important.
