The outbreak of the pandemic has created and also creating a further impact on human life an well as the economy of every country.

Since there is no proper vaccine developed for the disease/virus, it has triggered a great responsibility in every individual. There are some places still the hygiene and treatment for the waste is not processed correctly.

As a civil engineer, I will suggest the local governing bodies/ authorities where the hygiene is required and the methods to achieve it. There are many villages which do not even have some disposal plans, particularly in developing countries.

Civil engineers have to put some pressure on the government to install the facilities of wastewater treatment. So that the wastewater released into the natural water bodies is free of pathogens(cholera, typhoid, and COVID)

We have to design the hand wash time for at least 30 seconds (So that the virus shall not grow) and provide sanitizers at every public place.

Every village should be equipped with the disinfected water distribution facility.

Since the hypochlorite solution is required to disinfect the areas (when it comes to disinfection of the whole city we may run out of those resources. So we need to optimize the usage of the solution which is of great use for the ent as well as future.

There is a great deal with the transportation of goods one needs to estimate the requirements of the essential commodities of each family during the period of the lockdown and efficient delivery system at the doorstep shall prevent the further transfer of the coronavirus.

There can be many problems in the field. These are the major problems that humans would worry about in the future
