Diamond Drinks and Beverages is an upcoming nonalcoholic beverage producer thirsting for a pile of the market. The significance of this name is to remain exceptional while explaining the quality of our products. Diamonds are naturally occurring minerals. Common words used to describe the condition of diamonds are color, brilliance, and clarity. Like the ingredients we used, our products are high quality and all natural. Our drinks are like diamonds the best nature has to offer, sparkling yet refreshing.

The company is owned by two partners who have previously worked for Coca-Cola in various departments. They bring their experience and expertise to this new product. There will be different flavors of the drinks like lemon, pineapple, passion fruit, and pineapple produced giving customers a chance to choose what they love. Moreover, the product’s packaging will be in three quantities, 300 milliliters, 500 milliliter, and one-liter quantities. Our signature drinks will be a non-alcoholic pink champagne with a cooling and relaxing taste and a Thirst Quenching Cola that will be invigorating and hydrating.

Implementing electronic record system in the organisation would be my first approach to create an impact on the overall available opportunity of doing positive business. Implementing search specific system would give extensive level of control over managing the inventory as well as creating a balance between managing the organisation as well as successfully implement a strategic operation that would benefit the company in a positive margin.
Implementing a inventory management program and automation in the inventory management system would increase the adaptability of the specific Organisation in terms of increasing its overall efficiency as well as productivity in the respective management environment. This type of approach would also help the company to successfully manage their warehouses and to create an adequate support to the overall organisational structure by developing a better criteria or implementation of business network reducing the number of human resources and increasing the level of productivity as automation based inventory management system is highly efficient.
Implementing digital technology in promotion and using push messaging for advertising company products and directly influencing the customer would also be a major approach. As implementation of a social media strategic program would increase the overall chances of getting better outcome of the environment by a huge margin, using target market tools implemented social media networks such as using promotional tools from Facebook would be adequate.
Using Cloud Computing for storage and consistent connectivity over different distributors or franchise of the specific organisation would also be an appropriate approach for increasing its overall efficiency as well as productivity in the respective environment. This type of system would enable the organisation to correct its condition and increase the level of communication between different parts of the organisation, directly increasing adaptability in the respective environment as well as providing adequate level of service support to its overall operational capabilities
