Expert Solution

ELECTRICAL ROUGH IN

Electrical rough in means all pipes, and junctions are placed and the wires are pulled through it, but the equipments like switches, bulbs, all other electrical devices were not connected.

MECHANICAL ROUGH IN

Mechanical rough in includes HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning), outlets, security system and other light fixtures.

PLUMBING ROUGH IN

Plumbing rough in means the pipe lines for tap, wash basin, bath room, toilet etc are fixed in the studs and bored holes. Also position of pipes for drainage systems are planed and placed.

Generaly rough in is done before completion of framing and closing the walls.

  • Studs, pipes for electrical wiring, pipes for water supply etc... can be completly sealed inside the wall. It gives an aesthetic appearence.
  • Helps to find the mistakes occured during planning and fix it.
  • Any modification of our plan can be easily implimented during rough in process.
  • The systems can be checked for complaints and it can repaired or reinstalled easily.
  • It makes the work more cost efficient.
  • It helps to save time for construction.

We fix the electical equipments like bulb, switch etc.. and other plumbing and mechanical eqiupments after closing the wall.
