Benefits brought about Automation- There are so many benefits of automation such as-
1. Easy Integration- Its easy to work with computer(Hardware and software)
2. Labor is maximize- Hence this is the profit for comapany because company don't need to gave salary for employee, a computer can alone done work and replace the workers.
3. Reduce Timing- A computer works fast than human so with automation time is reduce.
4. Output of production increased- A computer have capability to work 24/7, hence the production is increased.
5. Reduce lead time of factory- You can work from home when you are not able to go outside.
6. Provide Safety of workers- Like a fire alarm, automation can save workers for harmful things or danger. This is the most important thing to every company.

Harms brought about Automation-
1. Workers are displaced- Job has been taken by a machine
2. Cost is high and Installation is difficult.
3. They need higher level of maintenance
4. Unemployement.

For example An automated Car Parking System.

When there was no word like automated parking system in the world at that time there are 4 to 5 people are there for park your car in the parking and at the time of rusk like in cinema or etc people need to wait to park their car. But not you can book your parking place before you reached there. So this will save your time but a automated system works perfectly and there is no need of any human.

So these technologies help us to reduce time and much more but as well as they reduce the jobs in market.
