Do you think the unique culture of Zappos will help or hurt the company in the long run? Explain and provide specific examples, where applicable.
Over the long run, I believe Zappos' singular culture would benefit the brand. The business model of Zappos is based on long-term relationships with customers. We don't compete on the price because we feel that because of their excellent value and quality, consumers will purchase from your shop. They offer a wide range of shoes , clothing, home accessories and plan to grow further. A further event, while leadership has been a big success factor for any organization and the leading executive director Tony Hsieh is a good predictor of potential success, I believe that Zappos' unique culture benefits Zappos in the long term.He would do everything in his power to satisfy his staff, customers and suppliers. Hsieh says: "In Zappos, our highest aim is to provide joy to its stakeholders. Whether it's the joy of our customers when they get a new pair of shoes or the perfect clothing, or whether our people are happy to be part of a culture that honors their individuality, we bring happiness in their lives. "These are all ways to bring happiness.
Do you think more companies in the future will follow this model? Why or why not?
I think there should be more businesses in Zappos because it will make life less stressful. It isn't formal that much. I assume that many young people (Millenniums) who enter the business world are taking a new view of what office life ought to be like and of the nature of ties between employers and employees. Millennial staff demand greater access to leadership in their workplaces and try greater mentorship than just guidance. Research suggests that thousands of years quit their work because of their boss. Their relation must extend beyond the relationship between employee and employee.

I think that Samsung should take advantage of Zappos' great customer services. Customers' systems over the internet are almost always unacceptable in my own experience. I called Samsung and the representative of customer relations was rude or would act like they didn't want to deal avec me. I use the Home Depot to work where we sell Samsung equipment and they're the worst to have their equipment serviced.
In fact, if a customer complained about the Samsung product, it was like drawing teeth to take on responsibility for fixing the fault or replacing the products. I remember a refrigerator ordered by the customer, and it got broken 5 times. Remember that the delivery box was not damaged but the system was damaged inside the box. Samsung's sending substitutes were definitely like pulling teeth, and every time the apparatus was damaged.
The Samsung agent attempted to blame the distribution service of the Home Depot and the customer for damaging the unit. The customer was quite fed up and was looking for his money. Could you, I mean, blame the client? In the wake of Samsung's uncooperative approach and customer services, The Home Depot lost its customer. I assume, therefore, that Zappo customer services will really teach Samsung.
