The other job is for an office manager who will supervise a staff of three clerks and secretaries, administer the plant payroll, and coordinate the administrative operations of the plant. Identify the general indicators or predictors of whether a given individual can perform each job. 3. Any employee designated to do a job must have respect for the work that they are doing and should find it as an important contribution for the successful functioning of the organization. The employee should also have attributes like honesty integrity and discipline so that they perform their job in the best interest of organization. If the employee is willing to learn then partial lack of technical skills is also acceptable as kills can always be acquired while working on job. However if the employee does not respect their work or lack integrity then even the most technically skilled people are of no use to the organization.
