Excel is very easy to build dashboards and formulas, while Access for databases and connections is very easy. Microsoft Excel can be quickly taught and easily implemented.To use excel, we do not need any Excel programming language. On the other hand, Microsoft Access is pretty hard to learn.To use most of the Access features, we also need a programming language to have learnt.

If we were to use Microsoft Excel, we would know that Excel can construct charts, uses spreadsheets to create graphs. And, as a result, Microsoft Excel is used a lot by financial analysts. Excel also helps to monitor, feed inputs, find outputs, and helps to manipulate data. Excel has incorporated rows and columns that users use to build charts, graphs, etc.
Microsoft access is used for data collection and sorting, on the other hand. As part of the RDMS (Relational Database Management Management System), access is used. Microsoft Access has been developed to assist small business owners. When small business owners have to contend with a lot of files and questions, Microsoft Access is favoured over Excel.
