Stakeholder management is an essential component for the success of any project, program or activity. Stakeholders analysis are individuals, groups or organizations that may be affected, affected or believed to be affected by the program.

In short, stakeholder management involves four steps:

Stakeholder identification and recognition;
Determine their influence and interests;
Develop a relationship management plan
Influence and involvement of stakeholders

Stakeholders can be organizations and people, ultimately you have to communicate with people. Make sure you identify the right person in the stakeholder organization.
