Expert Solution

It is true that a lot of ethnic issues were taken up in the Los Angeles since a very long time where the races and the people from different cultures are often not given the treatment they deserve which made them have conflicts befween them. But the promise for the coalition building helped in building the possibility for yhe strengthening of the economic and the political power for the communities by coming together and pooling the financial, cultural, political resources alm together to work together, respect each other and give important consideration for the privacy rather than creating more and more conflicts.

For exampl, many conflicts issues has been resolved by the Black Korean Alliance and also the Latino-Black Roundtable to make sure every individual's and culture's rights are being heard and given to them accordingly where a community could be developed within the city where equality and opportunities are more than suffering and hatred. The goals and the vision shared by the communities are same to achieve the improved communication and relations between the two groups which is an invaluable asset and power for the future of the city giving a right direction towards the growth.

However, by 2008, the dollar had weakened so significantly that China was persuaded to announce it could no longer export rice profitably to...
