Expert Solution

2. Romberg’s Test: The Romberg test is a measure of the body's sense of position, requiring the proper functioning of the dorsal column of the spinal cord. The Romberg test is being used to examine the origin of the loss of motor control.

Gait Analysis: The Gait analysis is a systematic study of animal locomotion, primarily the study of human motion, the use of the eye and the brain of observers, enhanced by instruments for measuring body movements, body mechanics and muscle activity.

Finger to nose: The finger-to-nose test examines the smooth, coordinated movement of the upper extremity by touching the tip of the nose with its index finger. The patient is told to touch the finger of the doctor, and then his or her nose.

Finger to finger to nose: The patient is instructed to extend the arm, touch the nose, and then to completely touch the finger. People increase the complexity of this examination by adding resistance to the patient's movements by shifting the finger to various positions.

3. The posterior column of the spinal cord: Indeed, the posterior grey column of the spinal cord is one of the three grey columns of the spinal cord that continues to receive several sensory inputs from the body, including fine touch, proprioception, and vibration.

Ventral spinothalamic tract: The spinothalamic tract is the growth path of the spinal cord. Along with the medial lemniscus, this is among the most significant sensory pathways of the nervous system, which is responsible for transmitting pain, temperature and crude touch to the somatosensory region of the thalamus.
