Ans:- Coca Cola is largest beverage company in the world. Performance appraisal is the medium to rate the employees, based on key result areas (KRAs). There are various aspects involved in performance appraisal:-

a). Job must be defined and it should be cleary communicated to the employees.

b). Actual vs expected performance should be compared to appraise the employees.

c). Feedback must be provided to the subordiates regarding their performance. They should be giuded about the work and how they can perform even better.

d). There are various factors which play a vital role in salary increment to the employees like market condition, company's performance, market potential in future etc.

Coca-cola markets it's products under Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Fanta, and Sprite brand name. Coca- cola has introduced Maaza and Sprite like products to catch the market share of fruit juice market, being a sustitute. Company has also taken steps in terms of environmental protection.
