"A globally competent person has enough substantive knowledge, perceptual understanding, and intercultural communication skills to effectively interact in our globally interdependent world. Or in the case of a globally competent organization, there are both a sufficient number of people who have this knowledge, understanding, and skills and a culture that promotes such competency”. When talking about a worldview, why is this information important? Discuss the increased expectations in regard to knowledge, understanding and intercultural communication skills as they relate to personal management practices.
The World View :This means the global market, many people who work in different businesses and require different expertise. If we talk or advocate about the worldview. So ultimately, speaking for the world view means a lot from a person who wants to manage it, with big , complicated business practices. He wants to be able to handle these complicated companies. Therefore global vision means the company's biggest board. The largest platform needs a larger number of individual skills and know-how. The person needs to have greater abilities and expertise in him for this wide range of skills.
Then we expect the individual to be able to manage foreign business or the individual to have the ability to handle world level companies, because we have other skill sets and the requisite level of knowledge.
The expectation of a individual for following information groups as below has developed for world view companies
