The drug laws of the Federal are created to put a control on the use, production, and distribution of immense drugs that are both illegal as well as legal. The agencies have collaborated with state and local governments to put a control over the substances that are danger to the lives of the individuals and society as well. The agents focus on mainly trafficking of the substances.
State laws are made to control the drug related problems and enhance the awareness for drugs treatment. The imposition of tax credit is also applicable as per the state regulations. The regulations on drug and the alcohol treatment facilities is only for the purpose of reducing the crime related to drug addiction.
The Criminal Justice Reform bill and its impact on non violent drug offenders is also framed to control the situation like bill reformations which enhances the possibilities of positive approach to fulfil the requirements of better human resource and to overcome the situation of drug addiction.
It is for the benefit of the society and to provide a better cultural values and system in the economy. But the government has to control the revenue settlement plan related to the alcohol consumption and that’s the reason for all the state laws are framed just because to fulfil the basic requirements of spreading of awareness related to drugs and alcohols.
