Reign of fear can be made in different ways. The reign of fear is created in different ways. It is created by the state. When there is dictator system then there is reign of terror. People do not get any justice. It is absolutely dependent on the will of the dictator. Again there may be anarchy and in such system the ordinary people suffer from many deprivations.

In the reign of terror the powerful bourgeoisie people control the system. They do not provide any justice to the common people. The labors are exploited in different ways. They do not power and boldness to protest against the injustice. In the reign of terror the judicial system is under the control of the powerful rich persons and there the rich people are the bourgeoisie who control the judicial system. Naturally it is tough for the people to raise any type of revolution against the reign of terror.

The reign of terror is psychologically v ery effective:

• People are always in fear of physical and mental torture.
• It creates a sense of insecurity in the people.
• Many violent activities are performed before the people to keep them in terror.
• Its purpose is to kill the humanity and to control people by force and power.
• People lose their self-confidence and self-esteem.
• The social influence on the peoples' personality is less. they grow with narrow view.
