The technology, value and strategy are the key elements for any organization. These element makes the bigger impact in the organization and creates the foundation of the organization such that the organization can start a good growth path. These elements bring the success and growth for any organization.
I have worked ABC organization and I would like to show how these above elements have helped the organization to achieve their objective and goal.
1.Three kinds of technology in an organization are as below
These three technologies helps to achieve the work in their respective regions like internet technology helps in communication among the employees and suppliers, customer or other who are connected with the organization. Manufacturing technology helps in manufacturing the product with lowest energy, resources and technology with close to 100% pass rate. Engineering testing technology helps in adequately test the performance of the product in such a way that product can be evaluated successfully with meeting the customer parameters.
2. Different types of technology create different competencies. Yes the techonology in each field creates the competency in the given region. technology is basically doing the worker in cheaper, faster and better ways . Internet technology help in speedy communication in the business, manufacturing technology helped in effective manufacturing of the products and engineering testing technology helped in appropriate testing method for the products.
3.Technology impacts organizational culture: Technology have a great impact on the culture of the organization. The technology creates the platform and environment on which employee works and develops the skill level and competency of the employees. Thus it creates a technological culture among the employees.
4. Technology helps in organizational effectiveness: Technology is the best approach which creates the efficiency and effectiveness in the organization by having the rigt set of process required for the product manufacturing and right set of processes for executing the business operations for the organization. Thus technology creates the effectiveness in each and every process of the organization to achieve their goal and objectives in efficient and effective ways. Technology helps in reduction of variation and focus on real inputs for processes.
5. Relating technology can propel an organization’s global expansion strategies: Yes technology is the bets tool which can bring a larger marketing for the organization in global market and creates a platform that will help the business to enter in the global market for business. This will be carried out based on the competency level of technologies and the competency level of products in the global market.
