Create a Gantt chart based on earliest start times. Create a budget cost chart, using earliest start times.
For a GANTT CHART, start with the end time of previous activity and then select the cells equivalent to activity time. Colour them.
For budget chart, divide total activity cost with time to obtain each week cost and then add costs for each week to find total week cost.
