So, collaborative research is very important because collaborations is important for the development of higher education institutions in developing countries, as group of individuals has more power and impact than a single person. Working in teams enables employees to share knowledge, work more efficiently and effectively. It also promotes healthy employees relationship. It encourages criativity, leverage experience and maximize resources that can help to solve the problem quickly.
