Vomer is the facial bone of skull. An unpaired bone located in the midsagittal line. It articulates with the sphenoid, the ethmoid, the palatine bones, and the maxillary bones.
Innominatebone also called as hip bone or coxae. It is the fused bone located on either side of the sacrum. It is comprised of three bones: the ischium, pubis and ilium. These bones are fused in the acetabulum and form appendicular skeleton.
Calcaneus called as heel bone which forms the base of the rear foot. It is a large bone connected to the talus and cuboid bones.
Talus is the bone of the ankle joint which of irregular shape. It is located between leg bone called tibia and fibula and the heel bone calcaneus.
Navicular bone helps to connect the talus to the cunieform. It is found in the top inner side of the foot just above the transverse.
Cuboid bone is foot bone among seven tarsal bones located on the lateral side. The name derived from its shape and it plays major role in providing stability.
Cuneiform bone comprises three tarsal bones. It is found between the navicular and the first three metatarsal bone. Cuboid bone is found medial to this.
