  • Systematic Approach:This is a process which is used to determine whether a project or process is working properly. It's based on experiential application of clearly defined and repeatable steps and evaluation of outcomes.
  • The main idea of systematic approach is used to determine the most efficient way to generate consistent optimum result.
  • The systematic approach is mainly used in problem solving. The following five steps are used in systematic problem solving.
    • Identify the problem:We should be able to solve the right problem. Right problem means,it is a problem which has a high priority in customer's view. We should understand the right problem by asking them the right questions.
    • Analyze the problem:We should analyze the problem,in order to understand, how often it takes place, how severe it is,are there any special situations which it occurs, the causes of the problem, how long has it been present.
    • Identify the decision criteria:The decisions and criteria should be taken very efficiently by the customer and you,at right time. We should understand the independent standards which can be used.
    • Develop multiple solutions:While identifying the solutions,if we get first solution, this may not be the final solution. We should find all alternative solutions.
    • Choose the right solution:Using the criteria developed, find the right solution, from a group of alternate solutions.
