What are the three strongest attributes you would bring to the EPS section if hired?
As we know that in present modern time, most of the firms are shifting towards electronic payment system in place of offline payment system because it will result into some additional benefits that are not available in case of offline payment such as; Speedy & convenience transactions, reductions in transaction costs, increase in the volume of sales revenue etc.
Some strongest attributes i would bring to the EPS section if hired for the position;
1. First of all I will work on bringing security in the EPS section because security is the main issue and due to inadequate security users will not be comfortable. Thus I will focuss on bringing more security in EPS system of my division.
2. Anonymity; I will work on protecting identity of the users so that individual's income and spending patterns should not be traced by any person. Hence it is my duty to bring anonymity in the EPS system.
3. I will work on bringing more acceptability of this EPS system so that most of the users can adopt it without much troubles. If an electronical payment system is not acceptable by most of the users then it will not generate positive results to the firm. So we can say that success of any new payment system depends on the acceptability level.
How do you believe they translate to the work EPS is doing?
For knowing about the functioning of any new system, I will measure some results and compare it with the standards;
1. First of all I will check whether this new EPS have resulted into speedy & convenience transactions or not. If it has resulted into speedy & convenience transactions then it mean it is working.
2. If this new system has resulted into more quantum of sales revenue then it means this EPS is working.
3. If this new system have reduced the transaction costs or have reduced operational costs & time then it mean that EPS is working.
4. If this new system is user friendly & having low quantum of risk then it means that EPS is efficiently working in our firm etc.
