As a planner all the three planning techniques pie chart,financial statement and ratio analysis are important and useful tool for better analysis of all the facts and findings.All have their different use and need.Pie chart is useful way to organise the data and see the size of individual components in relation to whole and particularly good at showing percentage and proportionate data.Financial statement as a analysis technique is used for making decision based on the financials of the company and assessment of performance of company and its Valuation.Ratio analysis is used to analyse different issues in the form of ratios and make decisions accordingly.

I will select analysis technique based on the requirement of the client and it is very much important to use correct and accurate data for analysis and will present analysis in such form so that client will be able to understand and take better decision based on my analysis.
