Learning tecnology is defined as the application of technology for the enhancement of teaching, learning and assessment.

Most famous learning technologies used are:

1) AI and Chatbots

Chatbot is a computer program that stimulates a natural human conversation. Most well known chatbots are Apple's Siri and Amazon's Alexa. The goal of a chatbot is to create a human like conversation delivered via text or audio. In learning ,chatbots can conduct quizzes to detect employees progress after a training ,deliver learning practice and assessments and perform a skill gap analysis to roll out questions in manageable chunks and offer feedback. A chatbot can send bite-sized learning by selecting an article at random from a curated pool and relying a summary to the learner.

AI gives insights based on a large amount of data, which helps learning professionals facilitate the creation of customised learning. AI recomments and positions content for the learners specific gaps like YouTube.

2) Storytelling

E-learning is now used to deliver all types of training and there are thousands of online courses available. Storytelling is a technique that promotes the effectiveness of e-learning by using narratives to elicit creativity and transfer knowledge. According to researches conducted ,story telling in e- learning can be a powerful strategy for influencing behavioural change and instilling an organisation's cultural norms. It help employees to overcome challenges in the organisation.
