Expert Solution

Microsoft Corporation is an American-based multinational technology company that deals with computer software, personal computers, and computer services. A balanced scorecard is a scorecard that merges four different aspects of the organization like financial, people, customers, internal processes, and helps the organization achieve its organizational objectives effectively and efficiently. It also helps the company to take a competitive advantage over its competitors in the competitive market. The company needs to make its vision clear and try to make it together as a unity. After that, the company should justify its core short and long-term objectives in front of people working in a company and motivate them to work hard to succeed. After that, the company should motivate their employees and should prioritize organizational objectives over their objectives. The employees should feel comfortable while working in the workplace, and there should be communication between the employees and managers, which will maintain the decorum of the organization's workplace. So, in this way, Microsoft can do a balanced scorecard.
