The consumer’s trust and faith is the most important component

is very much dependent on the goodwill and the service which makes

Further, the word of mouth is the best way the business of the
restaurant gather’s its loyalty and new consumers. Faith and trust
are thus essential for such business.
Erica may have forgotten her purse which the cashier finds. The
cashier must give it back to the owner. The cashier may add to the
same by sending one of the restaurant representatives to her place
if she is known by the people in the restaurant. This is a great
step from the business side to gain the faith of the consumer like
Erica who may in the future remember this inclement and recommend
the restaurant to her friends and social groups. The business may
call the consumer about the purse she has left-back if her number
is found to let her know that it’s in safe hands. If Erica is
unknown to the restaurant the law enforcement can be given this bag
