Telemedicine has become progressively important, since there is an increased demand for chronic diseases treatment. Nowadays, with this advance technology, doctors can provide consultations to patients using FaceTime or Skype on mobile devices. Moreover, they are also able to access medical examination reports from database and send prescriptions to patients’ pharmacies, without meeting the patients face to face. However, telemedicine is still at the beginning stage with only $200 million of revenue yearly. According to healthcare experts, they predict telemedicine will increase annual revenue to $2 billion for a few years down the road.

Answer :

Telemedicine has been around for years but recently gets more coverage. This allows health-care professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat patients remotely using technology, just what the health-care community needs amid the current pandemic crisis.. let's discuss mobile technology use in Telemedicine. With an increasing number of doctors using smartphones and tablets on a daily basis, telehealth is adopting a mobile-first strategy, now moving from fixed monitors and contact lines to mobile networks that allow new levels of access to and sharing capabilities for knowledge. It is asynchronous because the response from both ends, i.e. doctor & patients, has a time lag. This includes SMS, Video/Online doctor calls, email, and other networking channels.

Video calling services embedded with mobile technology like Skype calling is far more beneficial compared to audio-only because a doctor may do a visual examination of the condition of the patient and gets better indications. Mobile technology plays a vital role in the healthcare industry, as it is used to collect information, teach, manage case files, connect between radiologist-technology and patient interaction. Because of the growing prevalence of mobile devices and tablet usage in the workplace and the increasing adoption of private and public cloud technologies that have created cost-effective solutions, many healthcare providers are making the transition to mobile technology. A multitude of firms unveiled their new mobile technology developments with promises of reduced healthcare providers' prices, smooth incorporation into current programs, and better quality patient care in the Telemedicine sector overall boost.

The money markets have been active since the early 1800s but have become much more important since 1970, when interest rates rose above historic levels. In fact, the rise in short- term rates, coupled with a regulated ceiling on the rate that banks could pay for deposits, resulted in a rapid outflow of funds from financial institutions in the late 1970s and early 1980s. This outflow in turn caused many banks and savings and loans to fail. The industry regained...
