  • As the temperature increases glass transition changes into viscous or rubbery state.
    As temperature increases for metals , the conductivity decreases due to the obstruction in flow of electrons.
    The crystallinity increases with increase in temperature.
  • Corrosion is the undesired deterioration of metals due to chemical or electrochemical reactions from surroundings. It can be fast or slow process according to the type of corrosion and the surface which gets corroded. Smooth corrosion occurs by expansion of a small corrode on the surface of a metal. It is a very slow process.
    Metals oxidise fast because they give up their electrons faster and due to their electro negativity is low, they give up electrons very easily. Hence they corrode very fast.
