Yes, I remembered the day when I joined a company as a project manager.

1. I joined the job on Monday.

2. Yes, I think employees should not be paid a bonus for the starting quarter because many expenditures occur at the training and other allowances.

3. No, I can't entirely agree that disabled employees should be laid off because it helps to reduce the cost of employee benefits, increase diversity in the workplace, increase work dedication, enhance the company morale towards success. Due to equality law, 1998-2015 company must have a reservation for disabled employees.

Choosing the right company because the last job experience affects future jobs is necessary to work in a better company.

Yes, these challenges also related to my job. As a project manager, to implement new strategies or marketing activities, I need to know about the market situation and culture. Every single decision affects company morale, lack of accountability, etc.
